Job Title: Parts Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Process customer orders with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to efficiently receive and organize incoming parts shipments.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs.
• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain parts databases.
• Operate a forklift to move and transport parts within the warehouse safely.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty diesel engines and construction equipment.
• Experience in a warehouse or automotive repair environment.
• Proficient in procurement management processes and procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and provide solutions.
• Accurate data entry skills for maintaining parts databases and inventory records.
• Forklift certification or experience operating a forklift is preferred.

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
